Notice to authors: you must be duly registered at the conference by the camera-ready deadline, otherwise your contribution will not be included into the proceedings.

- Regular and student registration fees include: access to all technical sessions, workshops and tutorials, one copy of the proceedings, coffee breaks and lunches in all day of the event, and participation in all social events (including Cheese and wine evening, Gala dinner and Airbus visit).
- Students might be requested to present a valid student card or corresponding student certificates at the registration desk.
- One-day passport is only valid for attendance to workshops/tutorials on July 1st, it includes the lunch and breakfast for the day of workshops but it does not include proceedings and participation in any of social events.
IMPORTANT: for the Airbus visit you must provide personal data (date and place of birth, passport number). The participation in the visit is subject is subject of prior approval by Airbus and not refunded even in case of refusal or no-show.

Payment by check or bank transfer are not allowed after the 13th June 2014.
Cancellation policy
Cancellation must be made in writing by mail to icwe2014@inp-toulouse.fr. For any cancellation received before the 13th June 2014, registration fees should be reimbursed except 50 € for handling fees.
No reimbursement will be made for cancellation received after the 13th June 2014.
All types of registration are subject to the same conditions of cancellation policy.
Receipts and special invoices/billing orders
After your registration have been processed you will receive a receipt that can be used as proof of registration payment. Nonetheless if you or your organization requires a receipt including fiscal numbers (i.e. VAT Code – European Union) you must formalize this request by completing the document FICHE NAVETTE-CLIENT and send it by email to secretariat ICWE2014: icwe2014@inp-toulouse.fr.
