Overview

The goal of workshops held on the fourteenth edition of the ICWE conference is to provide a forum for researchers, professionals and industrial practitioners to discuss and exchange positions on emergent Web topics. The workshop attendants will exchange experiences and ideas for establishing a common ground in new research areas in the Web Engineering domain, and hopefully for identifying new challenges and directions for future activity. Priority will be given to innovative topics not covered in the main conference that will favor highly interactive discussions and create an environment conducive to generate positive group dynamics during the workshop.

Conference facilities such as meeting rooms, wireless Internet and meals will be provided by the local organizers. Organizers are expected to attend their entire workshop and to provide a summary of the event, for presentation to the ICWE audience. Dedicated and proactive workshop organization is strongly encouraged.

The organizers will have the opportunity to publish a 2 page summary of their workshop in the main ICWE 2014 conference proceedings, published by Springer-Verlag in the LCNS series.

All workshops will take place during the ICWE 2014 conference (1 – 4 July 2014).
